Voicelane

Voicelane is an integrated digital announcer and call transfer module to enhance the functions of the popular Aria 6000 and Aria 7000 MoH systems.

Voicelane offers the capability of welcoming callers with an individual greeting and transferring the call to the right extension.

The call transfers can take place either to internal extensions of the PBX or to external telephone numbers, e.i. mobile phones.

Voicelane offers selectable greetings for either day or night operation.

Applikation:

Call reception management with individual greetings and music-on-hold during the call transfer process.

Technical data

•	Designed for all PBX and Keysytems with an analog extension port.
•	TIEL/MOM operation for synchronous announcements in combination with Siemens HiPath switches.
•	Selectable day or night greetings
•	Internal call transfer for up to 4 digit extension numbers
•	Extenal call transfer for up to 16 digit telephone numbers, e.i. mobile numbers
•	Remote access via DTMF for programming and change of announcements
•	Installation via RJ-12 connector
•	Note: Voicelane is available in combination with Aria 6000 or Aria 7000 MoH systems.
